Eleven Strategies for Goal Setting
Assess your responses to this exercise by counting the number of times that you responded "Often" and multiply that number by 3. Multiply the number of times that you responded "Sometimes" by 2, and the number of times that you responded "Rarely/Never" by 1. Then add the resulting three numbers for a total score.
