with 1 being "almost never" to 5 being "almost always."
Add up your total score for all the questions. Interpret Your Score If you scored 14-28: Congratulations! You've given yourself permission to succeed. You have no trouble letting in your own success and taking credit for your accomplishments. Others look to you as an example in personal and business relationships. Score 29-49: You're stopping your success to some degree. Take the time to acknowledge your own successes and be sure to take time for relaxation and self-care. Score 50 or above: You are probably stopping yourself from being as successful as you know you could be. You often find it difficult to finish projects you start or put off doing the things you really enjoy.
